26–30 September 2026 · PGL Campaspe Downs, Tylden VIC

Ignite Leadership Camp is a purpose-built leadership program for young people aged 10 to 12. Over five days, young leaders are guided by expert facilitators through a structured program grounded in positive psychology and experiential learning.
Every activity is designed to be lived, then unpacked. Young leaders don't just do things at Ignite. They understand what those experiences mean and how to apply them when they get home.
The result is a child who comes back different. More confident. More self-aware. Ready to lead.
Each day at Ignite is structured around two of our seven Branches of Life. These are themes that explore who young leaders are, how they relate to others, and what kind of impact they want to make in the world.
Sessions move between expert-led facilitation, outdoor activities, team challenges, and guided reflection. All designed to work together.
Young leaders work in small teams of 8 to 10 with dedicated Team Leaders who mentor, challenge, and support them across the full five days.
Location: The Great Aussie Bush Camp - Campaspe Downs, Victoria
Ages: 10-12 Years Old.
Many schools across Australia already partner with Ignite to give their students access to leadership development that goes beyond the classroom. From SRC members to quiet achievers, schools send young leaders to Ignite because they see the difference it makes when they come back. We would love to work with your school to give more students that opportunity.
