Ignite Leadership Camp is a team of passionate facilitators, mentors, and leaders dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for young people. We have been delivering leadership programs for over a decade and every camp we run is built around the same belief: that leadership starts from within.
We are not here to tell young people who to be. We are here to help them figure that out for themselves.

Ignite Leadership Camp is a school holiday camp held over the Victorian September school holidays. Ignite Leadership Camp is for young people, aged 10-12.
Ignite Leadership Camp is designed to make sure every young person feels known, loved and empowered to take action in their own life, family and community.
At Ignite Leadership Camp, each young person is able to embark on a transformative journey, uncovering and nurturing their unique leadership potential through immersive experiences and guided facilitation.
Through a tailored program to meet young people where they are at and hands-on activities, they can build the strategies and insights needed to lead themselves.
Ignite Leadership Camp is an experiential learning environment, make up of both outdoor learning experiences but also expertly facilitated sessions by our hand-picked facilitators.
Most leadership programs focus on what young people do. Ignite focuses on who they are.
Our program is built around a simple but powerful progression. We call it Me, We, Us. It moves young leaders from understanding themselves, to understanding others, to understanding the impact they can have on the world around them.
Me: Leadership starts with self-awareness. Before a young person can lead others, they need to lead themselves. At Ignite, young leaders build self-efficacy, emotional regulation, and a strong sense of their own values.
We: Strong leaders build strong relationships. Young leaders explore what it means to connect meaningfully with others, communicate well, and show up with kindness and intention.
Us: Great leadership creates change. By the end of camp, young leaders are thinking about the impact they want to have in their families, schools, and communities and how to take steps toward that vision.
Ignite is not built on gut feeling. Our program is grounded in three well-established frameworks from positive psychology: Self-Determination Theory, PERMA, and Self-Efficacy Theory. These frameworks have a strong evidence base for improving individual wellbeing and have shaped every element of how Ignite is designed and delivered.
When young leaders come to Ignite, they are participating in a program built to create real, lasting change.
